Hi! I’m Katka Sedlak

Hi everyone! I’m Katka Sedlak, 38 years old, and passionate about helping people rejuvenate their faces and heal the emotional traumas that show up there. In my practice, I combine deep fascial lift techniques with face yoga, blending a bit of osteopathy and deep palpation methods.

I love supporting people in looking and feeling younger by gently relaxing the scalp and facial muscles, helping fascia return to its natural length and position. After each session, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

How I found my method

The Path to Inner Self

I started with face yoga in 2021 when I took an instructor’s course and subsequently received a certificate after 6 months of facial muscle training. While I found face yoga beneficial, I felt something was missing—something that needed to complete the puzzle. After two years of searching, I discovered a method of deep face massage and osteopathy that made sense. When combined with face yoga and a little inner work, I finally gained the confidence that this combination truly works. After completing the course on these scientifically proven deep fascia restoration techniques, I understood the key to rejuvenation. The combination of these methods brought joy and visible results to my clients.

All about the little rituals

I learned that the magic is not in endless exercises and massages but in the consistency of basic rituals that restore facial muscles. Additional techniques are just playful complements to the essential moves.

People often see results after just a few massages and exercises because we start by unblocking the lymphatic system, leading to a slimmer face and a fresh look. For long lasting results, it’s best to practice these methods for at least 10 minutes a day over 2 months.

My goal is to continually evolve and learn, ensuring that I can help my clients achieve their best possible version of themselves.
